In 2017 we raised $12,000 and completed drilling two 2 new wells in Dessalines, Haiti. The wells are providing safe drinking water to over 3,500 people per day.
Our Mission
Our Vision
HOPE2WATER saves lives by delivering safe and healthy drinking water to children, families, and communities through philanthropy, advocacy, outreach, and custom water solutions.
We are dedicated to leverage the advancement of renewable self-sustaining technology to provide custom water solutions for safe and healthy drinking water. While training people to become self-sufficient to eliminate ALL causes of water borne disease.
We Need Your Help
Come out and join us at one of our upcoming events.
Come support Hope2Water in our annual Scrambles Golf Outing. This event will be held on Friday, June 14th at Bedford Hills Golf Club in Temperance, Michigan. Entry Fee is $95 per golfer and will include Bratwurst Lunch and a BBQ Dinner Reception.
We have purchased two pumps from Life Pump and have shipped the pumps to Dessalines to be installed. We have managed to train 6 people to do the installations going forward into the future.
UPDATE: The pump installations have been delayed due to the unrest in Haiti but we expect to have them installed by the end of August 2019.
By the year 2020 we have set a goal to replace and repair, at minimum 20 wells throughout Haiti. These new pumps will provide clean drinking water for 40,000 Haitians daily for 20+ years.

Our Volunteers Says
A year ago I visited Haiti with HOPE2WATER. The reality of no clean, safe drinking water - a convenience I had never considered before - woke me up to some larger truths. I am blessed not to have just been awakened to world truths, but to have been presented an opportunity to do something about it, to make a difference in the lives of my fellow humans. During our trip, we funded and oversaw the installation of two clean water wells in Dessalines. These wells were life-altering for about 3,500 people...DAILY! The majority live in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day walking to collect water for their family. Not only does walking for water keep children out of school or take up time that parents could be using to earn money, but the water often carries diseases that can make everyone sick.
More personally, I took note of the change a clean water source makes in the lives of women. Water collection (and laundry, dishes, and cooking) are "women's work" for the most part. Access to clean water gives communities more time to grow food, earn an income, and go to school -- all of which fight poverty. When a community gets water, women and girls get their lives back. They start businesses, improve their homes, and take charge of their own futures.
I am grateful for the experience of visiting Haiti and doing something to make a difference in someone's life in this big world.

I first joined Hope2water to help with the business setup and accounting. Once I got to know more of the history and story of the organization, it became a heartfelt passion of mine. They are saving lives by providing safe and healthy drinking water to children, families, and communities. I have worked as a CPA in the nonprofit world since 2010 and have not seen an organization do nearly as much as Hope2water does with so little. They are experts in leveraging resources and I look forward to a future where donations will change so many lives for the better. I am proud to volunteer my time and advocate for this organization because they truly are making a difference.
